Como escolher a melhor nadadeira?

A princípio, tudo parece estranho, uma esbarra na outra, flexionamos as pernas de forma incorreta, “pedalamos” e não saímos do lugar, as primeiras pernadas são descoordenadas, instáveis.
Mas, basta um pouco de treinamento e descobrimos que elas se tornam a extensão de nossas pernas, potentes, nos fazer nadar como nunca havíamos conseguido antes. Quando chegamos nesse ponto, entrar na água sem elas dá a impressão de que falta alguma coisa, mesmo na piscina do clube ou condomínio, parece que perdemos um pedaço de nossas pernas!
Para que esse processo de adaptação ocorra com conforto e tranquilidade, é preciso saber escolher suas nadadeiras, abaixo algumas dicas importantes para que você faça o investimento de forma correta e aproveite ao máximo esse que é um dos meus equipamentos favoritos!!!

1) Defina a modalidade de mergulho.
Existem centenas de modelos dentre as marcas mais conhecidas, porém, existem modelos específicos para serem utilizados em determinadas modalidades de mergulho.
Mergulho livre, autônomo, apneia de alto desempenho, mergulho técnico, são as principais modalidades dentro da atividade. Para cada uma, os fabricantes desenvolveram nadadeiras que atendem as necessidades dos mergulhadores.
Utilizar uma nadadeira projetada para o mergulho em apneia de alto desempenho, dentro de uma caverna ou naufrágio, além de ineficiente é um risco!
Então, defina a modalidade antes de mais nada!

2) Nadadeiras Abertas ou fechadas?
Nadadeiras abertas, necessitam de botas de Neoprene, possuem tiras de regulagem ou molas, são maiores a geralmente mais pesadas. Ideais para a prática do mergulho autônomo ou técnico. As botas proporcionam proteção física e térmica, além de muito conforto.
As fechadas, são indicadas para o mergulho livre e apneia de alto desempenho. 3) Tamanho das Nadadeiras
Um dos principais pontos quando analisamos o conforto, é como usar um tênis muito apertado ou folgado demais. Incomoda, não é bom. Imagine essa sensação embaixo d’água?
Nadadeiras apertadas, machucam os pés e podem provocar câimbras. Se estiverem folgadas, se tornam instáveis demais podendo até mesmo escapar dos pés.

Ok, isso é uma questão inicialmente pessoal. Mas, nadadeiras de cores claras e chamativas se destacam muito mais dentro da água isso facilitará sua visualização e fará com que você visualize melhor seu dupla.
